Best sanwiches in the city

Please put forward your best choice.
I'm not up with the latest trends, but Birleys is always quite nice.
Yours?

Harry's in Islington, Upper Street, Highbury and Islington end. Awesome beef. tomato and coleslaw. And before you start worked 10 doors away. Also had an awesome pub 'Tut and Shive' nearby but sadly gone and rebranded since

Terrywait 3:16 Tue Oct 21 Re: Best sanwiches in the city Its not a sandwich, but for lunch in the city there is NOTHING betetr than assenheims
Is that the place on Copthall avenue off London Wall? There's a Birleys a few doors up?
I used to endulge in the pulled pork buns from there when I worked a few doors away? Known for its chicken first and foremost..main reason I went for pulled pork was the smaller queue..

I used to work for a supplier of FX trading equipment in Smithfield Market, and there was a cafe next door that sold hot salt beef and mustard sandwiches......stunning. When I joined BT Global Sales I worked at St. Paul's and there was a place near the office that sold the best bacon baps for breakfast and then lunch was a bap with bacon, chicken, avocado and lemon juice........there was nothing better.
